2. OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER

It is essential that you provide all the information that we list as mandatory, since, if you do not do so, we will not be able to process your order. We will not be responsible in any case for possible delays or errors in delivery as a result of the error or omission of data.

5. PURCHASE PROCEDURE

You can browse the website until you find the pass, ticket, ticket or item you want. Once located, clicking on it will access all the information that the website offers.

The Entity will send an email to the buyer of the order received to the email account that he has indicated in the Billing data form. It is possible that the Purchase Confirmation is not received in the “Inbox”, as some Internet services detect it as spam, so the Entity recommends the buyer to check the “Email” in any case rubbish”. The entity will confirm that the order is correct, and within 24-72 hours you will receive another order acceptance email. In the case of tickets to events, each of those attending the Event/activity will receive an email individually with their ticket that they must present to check-in.

Verification for special discounts: it will be necessary to present a valid and valid proof at the time of entry of the visit. If this cannot be verified, payment of the full price of the tickets will be required.

6. AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to availability. We are not responsible for the non-existence or non-availability of products or services.

Both the caves and the lake have a limited capacity; you can set a maximum number of tickets per person or group. This information will be clearly stated during the purchase process and will be strictly enforced.

7. CONTRACT WITH THE ENTITY AND ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS

The order will not be accepted by us until the amount has been charged to our account. We will confirm the acceptance of the order in an email.

Only at this point will the contract between you and us be formalized, and only for the related items in the order confirmation email.

8. CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Before finalizing the order on your part on the website, you will be able to review all the details associated with it (amounts broken down in all the necessary headings – taxes, costs, selection of article or service, etc.), being able to correct whatever you consider necessary.

After confirmation, it will not be possible to modify or cancel the order through the website. You will have to contact the Entity by e-mail or telephone.

9. CURRENCY, TAX AND PRICE

In accordance with current legislation, all purchases made on our website will be subject to value added tax. The applicable rate will be the one legally in force at any given time.

All prices are shown in euros and must be considered as the final price to be paid by the customer (VAT and other taxes that may apply) excluding shipping costs, when applicable.

10. PAYMENT METHODS AND SECURITY

Any order placed must be paid for immediately after confirmation of the order. Only orders for which payment has been completed and verified will be processed.

TRANSFER

Deliveries: types, deadlines and problems

Return, cancellation, exchange and refund policy.

The User must make sure, before processing the purchase, of the accuracy and adequacy of the data entered, since it is not possible to return tickets, passes or tickets purchased once the purchase has been made. Not being able to attend or making a mistake when purchasing tickets are not grounds for refunding them.

Tickets can only be canceled due to technical or operational incidents attributable to the website.

In this sense, the user will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal or resolution provided for in the regulations for consumers and users, as this right is excluded for services related to leisure or leisure activities, in accordance with what is established in article 103 of the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16.

In the event that the Organizer decides to proceed with the refund of the price, it will be reimbursed by the Benifallet City Council in the same means of payment used for the purchase (credit or debit card, bank transfer), within the term of fifteen (15) working days from the date of public communication of the cancellation.

11. PARTIAL NULLITY

If any part of these terms of service is contrary to law and therefore invalid, this will not affect the other provisions in accordance with law. The parties agree to renegotiate those points of the terms of service that are invalid and to incorporate them into the rest of the terms of service.

12. MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

The Entity reserves the right to modify the general conditions of sale without prior notice, being able to change, delete or add both the content and services presented through it and the way in which these are presented.

The general conditions of purchase must be accepted by the user every time he makes a purchase through the web.

Customers who do not agree with the modifications to the general conditions must notify and, from the date on which the new version enters into force, must stop using the web services.

In the event that some of the terms of the general conditions of sale are declared integral or non-opposable by a court decision, the rest of the provisions will remain in force.

13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

14. COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS

Visitors are responsible for following staff directions and maintaining appropriate behavior during the visit. Any negligence may involve legal liability and penalties. The organization is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury during the visit.

It is forbidden to take photographs or video recordings inside the caves except in the Sala de l’Amphiteatre (Cova Meravelles). We require that this restriction be respected to preserve the integrity of the cave experience.

Right of admission reserved: The organization reserves the right of admission and may refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with safety conditions, rules of behavior or who exhibits inappropriate or dangerous behavior.

In addition, the Entity has official complaint sheets available to consumers and users, which they can request from the Entity at any time, using the contact details provided at the beginning of these Conditions (Information general).
