What should you know before fishing in Benifallet?
In accordance with article 41 of Law 22/2009, of 23 December, in order to practice recreational or sport fishing in the continental waters of Catalonia, you must have a recreational fishing license. And to fish in a controlled fishing area, you must also have a personal and non-transferable fishing permit. In the case of fishing in privately owned waters, you must have, in addition to the license, the authorization of the person who owns the waters.
According to Catalan regulations, in public continental waters, the working hours for fishing are from one hour before sunrise to one hour after sunset, in accordance with the official schedule.
