DIVERSITY OF OPTIONS

The best thing is to choose the activity that best suits your needs, and go hiking and trekking with the aim of enjoying yourself, without pushing yourself too hard and setting the necessary limits to do it safely. And always keep safety in mind when planning a trip to the mountains: check the weather conditions, bring clothes, water, food, suitable footwear... There are quite a few specialized pages that will help you with your planning.

For your work, thank you!

In Benifallet you can practice both hiking and trekking thanks, mainly, to the hiking association La Picossa, from Mora d'Ebre, which does an excellent job of recovering the trails of the Serra de Cardó, among other things, and to the local association Fent Sendera, which has been organizing the Lo Pastisset Mountain Race since 2010. That is why, from here, we want to thank the great work done by the La Picossa Association, from Móra d'Ebre, and the Fent Sendera Association, from Benifallet.
